I was one of those who put too much faith in the weather forecast and decided against the drive down, that and the distance from London when I needed to be there and back on Thursday. Next time I'll ignore the Met Office!
Good to hear that donations are healthy for next year, I always throw a few quid your way whether I can make it or not as it's worth it to see the pictures from the hill every year. Hope it continues!
I echo the thoughts of everyone by saying a big thank you to Morley, Kevin and everyone else who helped to make the show a success - not forgetting the great people flying the aircraft and their support staff.
Cheers one and all for making the event happen
. And the rain held off! Finally well done to John who I met on the hill who made a special day trip to Dawlish from Sheffield. Hope you got back at a decent hour considering the traffic was heavy in Dawlish when I left! Candidate for longest distance travelled by someone on the hill?
