Bit of a chilly one at Brunty today due to the wind, but a great day all round. This was only me second visit to an open day, so it was nice to see some of the aircraft that didn't run last time, XS904 specially, which did a good job of nearly flooring me during it's fast run Great to see the Nimrod run- plenty of noise and smoke- and credit to the Victor for literally tearing the place apart!
Here's a selection of my shots from the day- I've tried to find a balance between traditional and more arty shots.

Lovely set Sean. I think one of your best...Nice to see the old jets portrayed in a different way.
Re: Brrrrrrruntingthorpe
Nice to met you (without realising) yesterday. Last two shots are the pick of the bunch for me - very different!

Re: Brrrrrrruntingthorpe
A lot of lovely shots here Seamus. Lightning cones and the Head-on Hunter for me (although it would look better with a little more of the other half of the fuselage.)

Cheers Chris, appreciate the comments
I really enjoy looking through your threads and have tried to replicate a few of the editing techniques you use to such good effect. I think monochrome brings out so much detail in the shots that is missed in full colour, I'm really enjoying playing around with it in photoshop. Here's a final few, experimental shots for your perusal
