Airbus A-380!! approaching runway 09. That was definetely the highlight of a thrilling weekend. A A380 over an 800m long grass runway.

Nice photos from Tannkosh 2010!
I was there again this year (5th time) and once again the weather had its say in proceedings but didn't deter almost 700 pilots flying in!
Nice to see the A380 but did it have to fly so close to the airfield so that the only shots you could get of it were of its belly!
We have to be due a good when when 1600+ aircraft arrive, roll on 2011!
Will be posting my own thread from Tannkosh in due course!

I know the night-time C160 shot won you a place in Pic of the Week (and rightly so), but I have to say my favourite is the first C160 arrival shot (head-on with a second C160 turning final behind). Lovely.
