Jersey Air Show 9-9-2010 (Updated again)

Post by Stu »

Hi all well we had another very good few days in Jersey for the 2010 Airshow light changed quite a bit for arrivals but was good for the show and departures, was good to catch up with old friends and meet a few new ones to ! this section is as many of the arrivals that I could fit in as they chopped and changed about quite a bit, will post some from the show flight line static and departures later in the week, and a thank you to Leanne for all your help

Some smashing stuff there, Stu. I tend to rate things by my opinion of the aircraft rather than the photography (which is great, by the way). I've fancied getting my hands on a Paris since I saw a picture in a 1964 edition of Jane's All The World Aircraft so it was great to see that one!

A cracking set - I especially like the nose of the Lanc with the sky reflection in the bomb-aimer's dome

How on earth did they get an Andover on the flying programme?!

Lovely shots, would love to see the ETPS stuff on the mainland flying sometime, especially that rather tasty BAC-1-11 they have!

As usual a rather good set you have there. Hard to choose which ones I like the best but still do have a soft spot for the Lanc! Look forward to going to Jersey one day.

A really lovely set, with the close-up of the markings on Big Beautiful Doll probably the stand-out for me.
