According to the website 'The Mosquito Page' the owner is Bob Jens

Bob Jens' Mosquito is making good progress towards flying again. I just hope it ends up in the hands of an owner who exercises it regularly (Mike Potter, perhaps?). Jens' Spitfire XIVe (TZ138) has sadly remained firmly ground-bound since he acquired it, straight from rebuild, over 10 years ago.
