Hi,
The 2011 season isn't far away now. Does anyone have any idea what's new/planned for the forthcoming displays, or is it too early to know?
Will the Po-2 be flying?
Cheers,
Ashley
What new displays can we expect this season?

This month's Flypast reports that the Po-2 has flown.

The Comper Swift should be back in the air after being grounded for the past 5 years or so.
I'm not sure what the Collection's current policy is on 'buying in' acts or applying for Service acts. Time was, the Reds used to turn up at least once a year, Harriers and other RAF fast jets used to be regular attendees (anyone else remember the great Jaguar displays there in the past?), AAC Historic Flight made the occasional visit........sigh.

Can't wait to see her in the air! Also the Sea Hurricanes engine has been changed...if you want to consider that "new"

Or you could have just read my thread from 22 January..
Then again you'd need to know that "Mule" is the NATO reporting name for the Po2

Popped into Old Warden today and she looks gorgeous. Can't wait to see her going 'round the bend'
