On sky news now they say they will update as news comes in hopefully nothing serious.

Saw it happen , did a flypast at the airport and one just sank below the horizon :(
Merlin was in the air and attended , now coastguard and police choppers up. Bournemouth airport closed.
Sirens everywhere...

Reports on Twitter suggest one jet down at or near Hurn. Grim if true.

Witness on BBC news 24 saying that a helicopter is hovering about the crash site. No word on the pilot.

Interview on sky news now. Pilot apparently pulled out of river by passers by, very unclear at the moment.

From the United States, we hope the pilot is safe and not badly injured. I saw the Red Arrows last month at RIAT and wish them all well.

You are kidding right how on earth can they say that when we don't even know what happened or even if the pilot survived or not, how little respect they have :mad: . Just seen a picture on sky looks like an absolute mess.

Yep, already picked up a couple of people posting speculation as to the pilot's fate the Red's FB page - thankfully they deleted these themselves...
