Qatari AF@Souda Bay"OP Harmattan"

Post by Crossbow »

Good Morning

Finally Part 2 from Souda.OP Unified Protector is now over and the foreign Jets have returned to their Homebases!
So I dont think its a Problem anymore to show these Pictures I have taken early September.

Qatari AF had 4 Mirage 2000-5(E)DDA at Souda when I was there. They were coming from Doha IAP 1st Fighter Wing
7 SQD.They flew under "Operation Harmattan" as one shared Unit with the French Air Force

Note the external fuel Tanks used from the french M2000 !

Liking very much here, those Mirage 2000s are stunning, but far too many 2000Bs with empty back seats!

Cracking stuff, great colours on the Qatari Mirages. The Sea King looks equally impressive

Hi Hans-Jurgen,

Sehr schone Bilder! :worship:

Bleibt ein toller Air base, Souda mit vielen verschiedene Jets (leider schwierig draussen zu Spotten...) :hide:
