Ahh what a shame! Looks like MC Prince will have to find another concert headliner!

Just wondering about the same time that riat is on boscombe down will be finishing using the 2 tornado f-3's that are doing meteor missile trials could the riat team try and get them to appear maybe even a flypast would be nice especially a low level run.

With the Reds making 2 appearances in Moscow in August, wonder if they'd like to send something nice and juicy to RIAT to return the favour ??

Would like to see the Sea Vixen. It seems every year people want to see it but it is never booked, despite it's popularity.

The Solo Fast jet line up at the moment is looking rather thin. Waddington appear to have the lead with the Swiss F-18 and Austria Saab 105 displays and Czech Gripen on static at the moment.

RIAT looks rather display team heavy at the moment.

I'd hardly call a Saab 105 a fast jet, Lee   but I can see the sentiment. Weren't were all discussing the possiblity of Swiss, Spanish, Finnish and Boeing Hornet displays at some point?

TBH a test pilot Super Bug demo trumps them, which is coming according to Boeing.

Pity we had not thought of it earler but this year is the 40th aniversary of the first Flight of the F15. Would have been nice if Israel, Japan and Saudi could have joined the folks from LN for a wee fly past or even a static display. Never mind 2014 is the F16's big birthday so hopefully someone at DBH is already on to that one.

Do you have a reference Andy? This is one aircraft I'd love to see again and I can't find any information on the web. Might not be looking in the right place.

If that is true then why have RIAT not confirmed it? I'll believe it when I see it  As for the Black Eagles, should they confirm fully it will be a massive relief!

Didn't one of the updates say they were talking to the RSV about getting something? How 'bout an AMX?

We are getting at least one aircraft from the RSV for the flying display... That could be anything out of m346, typhoon, tornado, Amex, c27j or Mb339

I do hope it is the typhoon or amx display we get.

From what I saw of the vixen I can't imagine it'll make riat! Or any shows this year!!

How about a voyager with two tonkas or typhoons in tow?

And this source is? Seriously guys no-one will believe you if you do not quote a source. I will not have another stealth-esque rant over this.
