Great news on securing the RNLAF F-16 Solo Display!!!

Would be interesting if the Croatian Wings of Storm or the Patrulla Aguila could make it over for the show - neither have released their calenders for 2012 and anything is possible with Waddo this year!

Keep up the great work!

Krila Oluje are a superb team! Much better than any turboprop team I've seen and some jet teams too! Interesting that Waddo are in 'Ongoing' arrangements with the Croats; hope that does lead to the team's UK debut appearance or even better a Croatian AN-32!

Nice  Didn't think we were going to get an F-16 this year, with the apparent Belgian defection to France  :tongue2:

At the minute the area has been redisignated and so we are trying to establish what we can do with it. The T-Birds caused some issues with the weight of the F16's on the tarmac last year, so we will have to see.

Why would a RAF show commemorate an aircraft type it doesn't fly?

Maybe something for RIAT but not for Waddington.

can you please make sure the vulcan is parked air side for the whole show so we don't have the performance last year when everybody had to move to let it out onto the runway and then move to let it back off the runway very bad planning

I am afraid that static line up has solved my dilemma as whether to attend or not, with almost twice as many aircraft in the flying display I won`t be sitting in the queue`s to get in this year.

Hi Chris, I was referring to the second batch of six which are due for delivery in 2013, would be great to see some Thai Gripens over here but I can't see the Thai's sending two round the world for a show.

Unless there are a couple capable of making the trip over from Sweden, after all there is one down for static at the SAAB 75th show in Malmen.

Some people are just never happy "I want this", "get this one"...

Thanks to Silentflight and the Waddo team for the effort they put in each year to create something that has vastly disappeared quantity wise over the last 20 years or so....an event called an Airshow!

Keep up the good work!
