Im not sure if it's still possible, but you can try sending Håvard Kvalnes a mail at hkvalnes@mil.no. I think there were only 50 spots, but I dont remember hearing that they had filled up, so its worth a try :)

As a spotter you are allowed to be on the military side of the airfield, this means that you will have the sun behind you all day :)

I've tried to get my name on that list already two months ago, but I didn't even get an answer. I tried again, but still no reply. If this arrangement is only for Norwegian spotters, I can understand, but not answering a polite request is rude.

Hi Agg,

Not sure any more about the mail address. I send my request to Håvard Breivik and Sigurd Tonning-Olsen because I couldn't find a special address for the spotters' arrangement. Mr. Kvalnes is the webmaster, so I tried other names. Too bad...

Plus there is going to be mini-airshow in the 'Midnight sun'
Google translation
We do not just provide a 16-hour air show this weekend. During the Rock the Square Festival in Bodø on Saturday evening we will hold a mini air show in the "midnight sun"
Before the last band goes on stage during Rock in the market square in Bodø on Saturday 16 June, Bodø Air Show will hold a mini air show over the harbor of the city. Here you can experience first and last generation of Norwegian jetjagarfly, Vampire and F-16 and Grumman G-164A that normally is used for "wingwalk" show to Scandinavian Airshow.
The Norwegian Eskil Amdal display pilot will showcase demonstration say the "midnight sun". Three Vampire aircraft will also take a trip before it all ends with a fireworks show of the rare. Grumman aircraft will in fact mount the fireworks at the tip of his vengjene and fire it while flying acrobatics!
Miniflyshowet will take place from half past ten to eleven in the evening, we recommend everyone to head out into the streets of Bodo to see!

Here's a list of when the different aircraft will arrive in Bodø, and when they will depart. Note that for some reason the RNoAF still enforce a photo prohibition, and this is still in effect during the days leading up to the airshow, except for in the two spots marked on the map...

No the spotter area is next to the whiteish "parking space" that you see in the left of the picture.

The video below is filmed from the spotter area.
