The podcast is taking shape rather nicely - the airshow world, and wider aviation community are really getting behind this project!

Downloadable from good old UKAR, initially. It'll be in mp3 format, so any PC or smartphone will play it.

If any of our many chums in the airshow business would like to support our venture by way of offering a competition prize for the first, or indeed any of the podcasts, then please get in touch! "Competition in association with..." mentions guaranteed!

Progress report - episode one coming on very nicely, couple more bits to finish off and record and we're good to go! Lots to listen to, and a competition to enter too...

Loving the sound effects on the podcast preview... Frankie at the start with BBMF Lanc to finish (?) - looking forward to the first one, there has been a gap in the market for this kind of thing for years so bravo to all for getting it up and running!

I've heard bits of it - it's coming together very nicely. It should be available at the weekend for download as part of a huge, and exciting, UKAR update!

Here goes...

There’ll be trouble in store if you fail to find the connection between Tripoli and a well known film director who, though fine now, initially suffered a nasty illness. Find the star of that film and I can guarantee you’ll be over the moon.

Well, hopefully this will go down well, and will become a semi-regular thing. Quite work-intensive, so we'll see how it develops...

Must say the response from the shows and "acts" has been brilliant!

Can I ask if you are going to keep an archive on iTunes or do what the BBC do and each time they upload they remove the last. I would prefer an archive of previous podcasts to listen in the future and also be available for newcomers to UKAR  :music:

I wouldn't mind contributing to the podcast as well  :cuppa:

They will all be archived on the podcast page and available for both download and streaming in the browser.

Ben is better placed to comment on the iTunes scenario as I'm not entirely sure how it works, but he's made a start to get it listed on there too and we'll keep everybody posted about that.
