It's not horrible, but nor is it particularly exciting either.... It's a bit like that Tornado 30th tail.

They get kudos from me for not simply throwing 101, 95, 50 and 2012 at the tail. You actually know what this scheme is for!

Isn't XR808 (f/f June '66) the RAF's oldest operational airframe? (Depending on the definition of 'operational' of course....)

Think you maybe right. The oldest type before the VC10 :worship: was the Canberra. Shame they cannot keep the VC10 :worship: flying until 2016 when it will have been in service with the RAF for 50 years :win:
