Isn't there one meant to be flying past the public at RIAT?

Not only in the flypast, but there will also be a VC10 :worship: in the static display during the weekend :yahoo: Most likely, they will be C1Ks as I guess the K3/4s are being used in the MidEast and the Falklands?

Roughly what time, weather-permitting, do we think for Odiham? Trying to fit this in around one or two other commitments!!

I'm never very good at reading NOTAMs but it seems to me the BBMF are routing Buckingham Palace to Hendon so unlikely to come over RAF Northolt, and I can't tell if the Red Arrows will be coming over?

Can anyone either confirm, deny or correct me if I'm wrong as my daughter is itching to see them!!!!

Cheers,
Jeff.

Where will the Reds pick up the route? Any chance to see them in Chelmsford?

Haven't seen a NOTAM for the flypast. Not sure where the rally point is  It appears the Red's will recover to Bournemouth after the flypast

Had the BBMF over the street at 1520. Reds also went over, but a long way off in the distance.

The Reds are due a full display over Southampton for the Jubilee this evening (above the 3 Cunard 'Queen' ships in dock). Looking at the current rain, which isn't moving anywhere fast, it could be cancelled I would think?

Well done, fantastic, saw it on TV, Lancaster flanked by the Spitfires and Hurricanes can't get any better, Red Arrows as usual awesome and as for the King Airs and Dakota who had to slow up for who? Well done RAF Lincolnshire.

Hats off to the participating crews taking part in that flypast in less-than-ideal conditions  It certainly looked rather blustery up there, but a magnificent sight seeing the BBMF formation in particular....

Was thinking of doing the same.....but now it's starting tipping down again...

ps...where can I get up-to-date info via my phone if I go down there...so I don't have to stand in the rain for half an hour 'just in case they turn up' (as has happened many times!)?

According to local radio (Wave 105) Reds cancelled at Southampton due weather.....

Not surprised, it's been raining most of the afternoon here
