Norwegian Tiger Meet Show-more added

Orland, some three hours from Trondheim by coach (and ferry), hosted the Nato Tiger Meet this year (as it will in 2013). The weather was changeable to say the least with sun,snow and rain appearing at the end of the week. Having spent the morning of the show "on base" the flying display photos were take outside. I will post some of the Tiger marked aircraft in the military section in the next few days.

Great to see some pics from this show. Love the topside of 305 and the same of the display bird. I do hate that colour scheme though, some retro schemes just need to be kept in the past.

I wish it was a retro scheme... The woman who designed the scheme is "famous" for blogging about her life in the Norwegian armed forces, and the idea behind the scheme is that it should look like the RNoAF's roundell. Eskil, the display pilot wanted a silver aircraft (that's why the underside is silver), but she wanted red, white and blue...

Thank you for your comments. The F-16 display reminds me of the development aircraft that appeared at the much missed Mildenhall Air Fete many years ago.
