Florennes Air Show 2012
Here's a small selection from a superb couple days away in Belgium.
Got really lucky with the weather - at most of the points we wanted good light, we got it.
Most of my shots are taxiway stuff as the flying was so distant on Saturday. We were right under it on the Friday spotters day!
Lastly, thanks to my travelling buddies Shaggie and Darron - I wouldn't have enjoyed it half as much without them.
Cheers
Phil.

Cheers guys.
Certainly with the trip, yes.
Viewing the flying was distant on Saturday and Friday was a bit of a bunfight for space on the front line.
But only 7 Euro on the gate for the show day - how good is that!?
I really enjoyed it - first trip to an event abroad for a few years.

Lovely set Phil and it must have been good with travelling partners Shaggie and Darron....hope they behaved!!!
Do you have any of the Greek F-16 display as the pilot is a friend.
Regards, Ian

Excellent set. The F18 take-off stands out for me, that Slovak MiG looks rather nice too

Quality shots Phil, the Mig and the home teams F16 standout.

Re: Florennes Air Show 2012
Hi Ian,
Tried to find some salvageable ones from Friday as we left well before the late slot the Greek '16 had on Saturday.
I wasn't really "in the zone" by the time we saw his practice display.
Nevertheless, here's a couple:
Cheers,
Phil.
