Old Buckenham airshow

Post by RobHowarth »

A spirited performance put in by the Mustang and Spitfire duo which for me was the highlight of the show, more to follow later.

Fantastic shot...I tossed a coin this morning and Lowestoft won out but normally Old Buck is a must, looking forward to seeing more shots.

Looks like Paul Bonhomme in Frankie and Steve Jones in 434?

DanO1978 wrote:Excellent shot! Old Buck's a brilliant airfield, and I was planning on going to this but the weather forecast, and a 300 mile round trip rather put me off.

How did it turn out in the end?

Thank you all for your kind comments. I think you made the correct decision not to come Dan as it was mainly cloudy and some of the displays such as the Great war display were cancelled due to high winds.

Oh my, what a magnificent shot! You captured a beautiful moment there.

Two of my favourite planes together, including my #1 most favourite Spitfire, MH434. Mmm... lovely.
