What was P&R like today?

How crowded was the P&R today. Any feedback please? Is it a case in P&R E that there is limited opportunity to get to the fenceline? How did you do if you weren't at the fence line? What about you guys up west did you get decent views of the majority of arrivals or do they turn off before they reach you?

I was at P&V East today. As is the case every year, if you want to be next to the fence then get there early. If you go in the step ladder area then it doesn't matter as you can shoot over the top of those at the front. I walked up to the non-step ladder area regularly to get the aircraft taxying in and had no problem shooting between people. Will be more difficult tomorrow as it is always busier on Thursday.
P&V West had a busy day and got all the heavies, display teams, helicopters etc. A lot of aircraft went round the loop at the Western end and back tracked down the runway.
