Been trying to find out more about this event, but the website is rather lacking in info! If the entire list does take part then it might be worth a jaunt down the coast from Anglesey!

I Would have liked to have made it to the show this year, sadly
I will be at the Sunderland airshow that weekend. Is Spitfire
IXT PT462 going to be attending too ? as it is locally based is it not ?

so is the final line up or can we expect a couple more additions maybe a hunter or jet provest? I would love to see the red bull pair back again this year. To be fair though it already looks the best rhyl line up so far.

Taken off their website today, Typhoon seems to have disappeared but having checked they were never down to display according to their website. Still a good line up for Rhyl seems to be going from strength to strength, hoping for maybe a last minute addition in the shape of a classic jet!!!

I am thinking about attending on Saturday, can anyone shed any light on timings?
All I can glean from the web is the following:
Red Arrows 12:30
Spitfire 15:00

Looks like long wait's between aircraft might be likely

Not been to Rhyl before, looks like the rail station is fairly close, can anyone tell me where the best place to take photo's of the airshow would be?

It's an easy place to get too? As you exit the train station walk across the car park/ bus stop and then straight ahead. You'll end up at the sea front (takes about 4 minutes from train to the sea front). Look too your right and you'll see the lifeboat station, usually the station is the centre of the display line.

Hope this helps

The Tornado Role Demo seems to be the last on the list with a show time of about 17:00-17:30 for their role demo, if all the timings go to plan. That's the best I can provide for you KC-10.

Well this a rare thing to say. Well done Denbighshire County Council for the best FREE Airshow I have been to in the UK in a long time. Excellent display today in, wait for it, Sunshine :yahoo:
We got all the items listed except for the Sea King which was sadly called to a serious RTA. We got 3 passes from a Mildy KC with the Boom down and a wing waggle as well
Top day and a face like a smacked :butt: as well.

Don't often get the chance or time to post nowadays, but really really pleased that pending the fundraising targets being met that Vulcan XH558 has been pencilled in for an appearance at Rhyl in 2013 - now that is a major major plus for airshows in the North West & North Wales, especially considering the lack of action seemingly happening in the main this year across the board.

Has inspired me to throw another donation in to getting the Vulcan ready for the 2013 season!!!

Come on the Vulcan!
