I take it these markings were applied to port only and nothing on the topsides or lower surfaces?

Er, do you mean Tony from 78? If so, I don't think it has anything to do with the thread.

78 got what they wanted and their celebrations were a success, why was there any need for them to 'keep in touch'? :dunno:
