Seriously though its an amazing set of pictures and just how far away is Nellis from Vegas. Looks very close on there?

That large hotel is about 9 miles behind the B52 ,distances can be deceptive with telephotos and Vegas.

Nah, he's obviously an ex Hercybomber pilot, trying the old Khe Sahn landing. :biggrin:

Great set.. What an approach it was! It looks like you stayed near me on runway 03L. I was about to join the group on the run over to 03R when the very sharp turn started and I stayed where I was. Excellent set and thanks for sharing. I'm still a little burned out from the runway sprints. :lol:
