You can almost hear those Merlins at full chat . Did you get anywhere else of aviation interest while you were in NZ?
I managed a few places and got a look around the Mossie at Ardmore Top bunch of guys there, very helpful
Got a serious amount of shots to go through, going to take a while though

Sadly I've come back to some more pressing matters that take priority, so it'll be some time before I can have a proper sort out.
Here's a couple more though:

A wonderful teaser!
As a 'local' (Auckland), I understand the request for the Mosquito, but please don't forget the Anson Mk.1, and the WW1 designs (which don't seem to be well covered in photos of this show elsewhere).
Might I help people during the wait for more by pointing people in the direction of this podcast of interviews from the show?

Looking for forward to more photos in due course.

The twin ship is great. How nice it would be to see a formation like that over here.

Lovely stuff Phil, that Anson looks gorgeous. Had been thinking back in October about heading out for the show, really wish I had. Glad to see your trip was worth it!

OK!
My biggest dissapointment from my recent trip was missing the Anson. It was locked away in one of the hangars behind the museum at Omaka and I couldn't get access Cracking shot though Phil Out of interest, did the Yak from Omaka make it to Masterton? Got some close up access to that and the FW 190 while I was there.
Re: Wings over Wairarapa 2013 - New Zealand
I've said this before but am I very very odd in liking the Anson more than the Mossie??..

Omaka show is at Easter! It should be like WOW (less Mossie), with more WWI, FW-190/n, Yak-3, Avenger... and a bigger crowd.

I would really like to see this for real. Last shot is lovely -- if only we could get one flying in the UK.
Re: Wings over Wairarapa 2013 - New Zealand
i did notice the first image was slightly lacking in sharpness, the new image is much better
