"Strange Formations"

in the recent years people have been doing a strange arrey of pairs for formation and i want to see the pictures of them post as many as you want and say what it is and where you took the picture heres a few from me

1. this is from dunsfold in 2011 and is a hawker sea fury in close formation with a hawker hunter

2. a very simlar shot but this one was done in 2012 i didnt exspect it to see it two years in a row but a fun display good for photography

the pictures arnt great but it is still an interesting line up of aircraft in formation the classics

i dont recall the 2 f16's and an a330 from waddington 2010, which is strange as i remember the spitfire and typhoon display from the same year...

It may have only flown on one of the two days, did you go both days or just the one? This was from the Saturday.

Aviation Picnic in Krakow, 2009, Jurgis Kairys made a formation flight with polish An-2 ;)

Sanicole/Hechtel 1998, OFMC Mig-15 flew in formation with Mig-29, hopefully somebody out there might have photos.....

definitely went both days, which is why it surprised me to see it, its a mystery that...

i have some info on the Sr71 Hawk combo, The Hawk was a photoship for the BBCs coverage of that airshow. So as it was not flying on the show days then i think it was one of the weekdays instead.

The BAF A330 only flew one day, which day that was I can't remember though...
