Anyway on with the helicopter a AAC Lynx AH7,which was doing demonstrations to the Combined Cadet Force cadets based at the school. As I am not a member I didn't get on one of the six 15 minute flights the helicopter carried out during the day.
The crew were great, hovering against the trees on the school field
, also had a great chat with one of the crew who got left behind on each flight to look after spare helmets. He gave me a great insight into their operational daily life and his deployments to Brunei and Afghanistan! Anyway on with the pictures;

Shame I didn't have a mono-pod as the lower shutter speeds and the use of the wrong image stabilization caused a few problems, of course comments welcome
