Great post Chris. Would be nice if they managed to preserve one as a runner at Brunty.

I wonder whats happening with the old paint shop at Cottesmore? (My old home!) Can be seen in the first photo, the green hangar on the top left.

Thanks for the kind comments folks.

Sorry Christian, that your's lot and we didn't want to go any lower. I went deliberately to see the Vicky 10's. Should have paid more attention to the museum as the Lightning was out.

Thanks again.
Cheers,

Chris

Yeah I know? But the first Cottesmore photo you can see my old work, the spray booth (large green hangar!)

Where do you fly the Falke from? Have a few hours in 25's myself, sedate old girls aren't they! Good pics by the way, went to Bruntinghorpe last year to the cold war jets day thing, good day out, plenty of runway to land on....... and on....and on...

Hi Cudworth

Not a SF25, it's T61F Venture T Mk 2 (very slightly different as you will appreciate). One of two based at Saltby.

Thanks for the feedback
Cheers,

Chris
