These are amazing shots

Is this the pair from RIAT? By the looks of the numbers on the nose it is. Wonder if they nipped off for a play after leaving Fairford yesterday before heading home?

Many thanks all, Yes Chris it is the RIAT aircraft, they headed to Wales after departing Fairford, gave us 2 pretty astonishing passes and then headed home!

Great captures as always Nigel. Right place, right time. Did you got to the Loop with the possibility of some traffic coming through from Fairford?

With the slight possibility of RIAT departures going the scenic route home I went Sunday night to ensure I didn't oversleep!!
Many thanks again for the comments!

Nice catch Nigel, congrats.

Just one thing, if I may: very fast and very low can be translated into: Très bas et très rapide.

"Faible" is synonymous of "weak", or "poor".
So low in quality, but not low in altitude

Kind regards,

Frank

I have no problem with that at all, there were several muttered at the time as well, another "Tourette's moment" on the hills for sure!
