Re: A2A MH434
Oh you beauty! What a fantastic shot! Well done!
The weather was kinder to you than my own flight the previous Sunday... and so was the pilot!
It costs quite a wedge, but isn't it an experience worth every penny?! Love MH434!

Lovely shot! I think If I'd have known you were a fellow Ukarian, I'd have made special effort to come and say hello!

Excellent update!
You could hardly wish for a better subject, weather, and final results. Great stuff!
You got some great angles - it seems it makes a big difference who pilots MH434, because on my own flight previously (different pilot), we didn't get those lovely top-sides. Which seat were you in, in the Rapide?

Marvellous. Shots 5 and 6 from the second batch are smashing.

Thanks for the comments! Tankbuster - It was a "Squadron leader package".
Here's a final selection, adding a bit more narrative to the day...
My ride for the trip - taxiing out for the flight before mine:

The Catalina arrived from Culdrose as I waited my turn on the tower balcony

Walking out to the Rapide past MH434

Up in the air with 434

Run and break over Duxford
DSC07708lr by rjlaker, on Flickr
We then pottered about for a bit on our own, down towards Saffron Waldon and Audley End

DSC07725lr by rjlaker, on Flickr
We briefly met one of the Classic wings Moths
DSC07733lr by rjlaker, on Flickr
As HMeasures mentioned - Nigel gave a great display for us when we landed
DSC07798lr by rjlaker, on Flickr
DSC07776lr by rjlaker, on Flickr
Finally - a couple more from our trip

Superb shots, great day for it too. Great to see Nigel Lamb flying MH434, both he and Lee Proudfoot fly it just like the Hanna's used to.
