As some of you know, due to the bad weather this year's Axalp show was canceled. I was lucky that I was there in the days of rehearsals and was able to take these few shots and now I'm sharing them with you. :)

Yes very nice indeed.

After trapseing up the wrong side for the light twice, If I ever went again it would have to be up this side.

Trouble is were still talking 400-600 mm arnt we?

I'm guessing he has a 1.4TC on the 500mm f/4, as the EXIF on a few I just looked at are 500mm or 700mm.

From the Wildgarst down is better to use long lens but 70-200mm will be enough for the face on approaches and all the over head flights can be done even with 50mm or wider.
