On Wednesday 26th of February, I attended to the Media Day held by Hellenic Air Force and the 494thEFS/48thFW Detachment in 115CW, Souda AB, Crete.

Access was granted after contacting both HAF and RAF Lakenheath PA offices.
The day included watching takeoffs and landings of the F-15Es, a flight from the HAF F-16 Solo Demo Team and finally a meet-and-greet opportunity with the crews and technicians of the 494thFS.
