Today a buddy and I took our chances and drove to Rotterdam Airport. Earlier this week six UH-60's flew in from Wiesbaden and Two C-17's brought two VH-60N's. All these Helo's are in support of the visit of Mr.Obama who is going to attend the Nuclear Security Summit and the G7 in The Hague. On the internet all kinds of rumours were spread that the MP's would be very strict at RTM and that there were no possibilities to photograph the first recon flight of all 8 H-60's. Luckily this were all just rumours and the MP's found it no problem at all as long as your were not misbehaving
The take off of the helo's was a bit far but the landing was just perfect.
Her is already a photo of one of the two VH-60's
Enjoy!!

Niels

Those VN-60N Whitehawks are such good lucking helicopters!

Very smart looking choppers. Well caught, and in lovely light, too.
