Durban Air Land and Sea Festival and Sky Grand Prix

The Durban Air Land and Sea festival was held in Durban on 21 and 22 March 2014, and was effectively the first seaside show we have ever hosted off airport. The annual Durban Airshow is hosted at Virginia Airport, but this event was hosted a few miles South of Virginia Airport on Durban's vibrant waterfront.

The main occasion for the airshow was the Durban Sky Grand Prix, where five international aerobatic pilots joined our local boys for some timed aerobatics. The event attracted quite unique displays and was overall a major success, with hundreds of thousands of people viewing the event from the ground on both days.
