Beautiful work Mr May, she really is a stunner. Out of interest what is the display like in comparison to the "Thumper"?

The BBMF may as well not show up!

EDIT: Actually, that's a little unfair. They should complement each other well. The Canadians display at a higher speed, fly lower, and bank farther over. It's to be expected from a younger airframe though.

That good then, certainly sways me to get to at least one airshow where it's present. I do know that that the crew like to do a rather low-level "fast flypast, surely something that cannot be missed! Keep up the good work Barrie!

Excellent photo.

Just to correct a small error in your file name, on Canadian registered aircraft the - in the registration of CG registered aircraft comes after the C and before the G. Way back when and carrying over to today some older CF registrations would have the - following the CF-??? but no more and the Lancaster is actually C-GVRA.

Again. spectacular shot.

Cheers,

Jeff

Thanks guys :)

I have one more to add from yesterday. We left after the first flight, deciding to move from the mound, up to Old Fen Lane. It was a good move!
