Lancasters @ Thirlmere 7th Sept

An early start to Windermere to try and find a suitable location for the Lancasters flypast.
After a flypast heading north to Ayr at 10am we gambled on Thirlmere hoping they would return the same route south.
Wasnt a bad decision?

At last! Decent images of the pair in the air!

How good they look showing a little colour, and with the sun shining.

Sad that this wasn't at a public event, just an off-chance gamble on them transitting that way.
