I visited Heathrow for the first time ever at the beginning of January in some beautiful crisp winter light. I'd never shot commercial aircraft before and I'm not sure I will again for a long while, it was far too repetitive for my liking but there are some great schemes out there at the moment.
Anyway, on with the shots. I hope they're of interest to a few of you on here at least!

Nice set of shots , but repetitive?? What can be more repetitive than a day spent at Lakenheath, Marham, Coningsby or most other military bases!

I guess airliners just aren't for me, they don't do anything apart from take off and land. At least with military did you've got the chance of reheat, missed approaches and breaks before landing
