Spent an enjoyable afternoon at Cromer Northrepps to catch two Coastguard heli's (AW139 & AW189) performing numerous exercises with both the lowland & Mountain rescue teams for what I believe to be a training video. Thanks to Jon for the text and to Chris for the freedom of the Airfield...
