Great selection in some tricky conditions Chris. As you say, something for everyone!

Absolutely beautiful thread. Well done indeed.
Posting comments on an aviation-related chatroom, are ya? Looks like it an' all...

Great set of shots...
particularly like number 5 for some reason, and the sunset shots.
You should be very pleased with all of them though!

Lovely.Personally think the best one is the KC-10 on climb-out.
And hats off for posting the HDR/split Raw shots, I know we get lambasted for them but I like them.
Regards, Jay.

If a man speaks when he is alone in a forest and there are no women around to hear him, is he still wrong?
Re: October 2015: Mist, Sunsets and Low Light
No. 11 is the highlight for me out of a very nice set.
Re: October 2015: Mist, Sunsets and Low Light

Top quality variety! Congrats!!
Re: October 2015: Mist, Sunsets and Low Light
Thanks for all the comments guy's, appreciated as ever!
58Hustler - I'm not an HDR fan really, although an occasional shot can work well. The sunset shots (which I think you are referring to) - one which allows you to see the F-15 in more detail is shutter priority +1ex. The darker shot was taken normal exposure. Just two different ways of shooting giving different results
Cheers,
Chris
