Last week was that time of year again for the Turkish Air Force Anatolian Eagle exercise at 3rd Jet Base Konya Turkey (A week earlier this year)
Many thanks to the Turkish Air Force BASIN Team, with special thanks going to Mesut Yurtdan and Mehmet Aslan.
This year the weather was a real challenge, with more cloud than sunshine, but the organisation of the Turkish Air Force getting 500 people onto and off of the base was superb.

Spectacular coverage of the event. Love the Phantoms. 500 photographers? That is a huge amount of people to shuffle around the base!

Where does this figure come from? I would say approximately half the size.
