Hi all,
With our clocks moving back an hour, there have been more opportunities to see lit up aircraft in the dark at Coventry. West Atlantic's newest 737, G-JMCX came back in on Friday evening, for some weekend maintenance, before departing this evening. Also saw Air Ambulance G-TAAS land to be put to bed for the night, so some nice nightshoot chances at my local.

Re: Twinkly season at Coventry
Another night time departure for JMCX leaving Coventry bound for Cologne once again, last night. Departing after some avionics maintenance, as NPT770P.

Very nice, and agree with the reflection shot....
.... are they from 'airside', or from the perimeter fence, please? [I'm not familiar with the airport!]
Cheers

Thanks both. More to come next week if all goes to plan. They're taken airside on the west apron

Next nightshoot already planned for next week, so I will post my photos here if all goes to plan.
You can get a similar view from the GA terminal there, as they have a lawn with a 2-3ft fence backing out onto the apron. Only issue is that it closes in the evening and you can get a few light aircraft in the way,

Re: Twinkly season at Coventry
As promised, another week, another nightshoot. This time SE-MAN ATP was sat on wet apron after a day of torrential rain, and G-JMCU 737F was departing to Leipzig.
