Hi All
Shannon had another classic airliner visitor this morning when the evangelical relief agency Samaritans Purse sent their 48year old DC-8 through on a tech stop enroute from Jordan to the USA. Fewer than a dozen of these airliners are believed to be still operational (mostly in Africa) and this one was built in 1969 for Finnair, later being operated by the French Airforce and cargo company ATI and was obtained by Samaritans Purse in 2015
