Using :

You can zoom into the area of Brize Norton and see this route mapped out as a line, where this Openskies flight will go. Click on the flightline for this NOTAM info.

Not quite....I'd say they read it here , then posted the full NOTAM ( not my edited version ) there.
Of course , they could have got it off the Milscanners newsgroup , but that would have meant they'd have seen the message , got the full NOTAM & copied it in less than a minute , so that would seem unlikely.
Or do you believe it's all a great coincidence that they just happened to post a NOTAM which had been in existence for almost 3 hours , less than 5 minutes after it was posted here ?
Not the first time such a 'coincidence' has happened & probably won't be the last.
Some of us tend to acknowledge if we've sourced the info off another forum/newsgroup , others don't.

I don't see a problem with people posting it elsewhere, given that it was copied from the NATS website or wherever in the first place anyway... It's public information

I'm amused by the fact that people are only now commenting on a post I made some 6 months ago !

As per my original post, if I post a NOTAM it's from the NATS website.
As you'll see in my other posts, if I post information from another forum or newsgroup I'll always include an acknowledgement as to where from....after all, that's the decent thing to do.
Conversely, I feel that others should do the same thing if they use information I've posted -- most forums and newsgroups tend to have a similar rule to 'Rule 12' on this forum.

It's that time of the year when it comes to regularly checking for exercise deployment NOTAMs.
Missed yesterday's one as I wasn't expecting anything on a Bank Holiday ( Boeing 767 arrival )

NOTAM up for this morning ( times adjusted to BST )
B) FROM: 17/05/30 09:00
C) TO: 17/05/30 11:00
E) AD AND RWY 09/27 OPEN. AVAILABLE FOR SCHEDULED MOVEMENTS OPEN.

Don't know if the B767 is still there or not....if so, presumably the NOTAM's for it's departure.

Nordic exercise Arctic Challenge 17 second week running 29 May to 2 June http://ilmavoimat.fi/en/article1/-/asse ... tukikohdat, link from earlier in the year states 2-3 B52 participating but not operating from the main Finnish/Swedish/Norwegian locations. Fairford?

Just looked on the FC forum....
NOTAM times have changed ( adjusted to BST) :
B) FROM: 17/05/30 09:43
C) TO: 17/05/30 12:00
E) AD AND RWY 09/27 OPEN. AVAILABLE FOR SCHEDULED MOVEMENTS ONLY.

And a post on there would indicate today's one is for an inbound U-2 ( apparently the B767 departed yesterday )

It was expected that those B-52's involved in "Ex Arctic Challenge" would be flying direct from CONUS but as yet it has not been confirmed
