FRIAT Seating Plan 2017

Post by boff180 »

Continuing the annual tradition, place your FRIAT seat number in this thread and you will be added to our seating plan spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet (including seat numbers already declared in the now locked thread) can be found below:-

Fast fact - the grandstand is 4 seats longer than last year, aisles are in different places too.

E97 for wifey and E98 for me. Always ask for an aisle seat as I like to stretch my legs out occasionally, and always get one :-) One row lower than previous years (usually on D, sometimes on C) so a bit miffed I'm a row lower, but still get some nice piccies from that height :-)

As in previous years I shall be somewhere in the ever shrinking (unless your seats are narrower) cheap seats just to your left. Do give us a wave won't you. ;-) :-P

Nice one Boff. A78 for me. I'm looking forward to the pilgrimage.

Sorry Chris but I'm the opposite end to your patch of grass. I'll wander down to give you a wave

I shall claim seat D48 for South Africa  Anyone know on which side the entrance will be this year? Maybe both sides?

Well you will see a fair bit of myself, TomTwin and our mate Rob, as we have D49, D50 and D51. Looking forward to putting a face to a name.

Jack.

Ditto! Are you guys doing departures too? I'm doing Sat-Mon, after a 20-hour connecting flight, 2 train trips and a bus ride to get from Joburg to Fairford. :dizzy: This will be my first ever RIAT and getting quite excited now... :yahoo: If you're doing arrivals and/or Friday, feel free to use my empty seat for your equipment

Bagged a seat in J some where, not got it with me at the moment.

My son has pulled out from going so I do have a spare Mach 2 package going if anyone is interested. PM me if that's the case... although it would mean sitting next to me of course which could be too much of a down side :)

I actually asked for as far east as I could get. We'll see how it ends up.

I had a couple friends that were humming and hawing on going. I'll see if one of them wants to go.

Do you have to request assigned seating, or does FRIAT do this for you?
