Aaaaaarghh!! You beat me to it :)

Do you want the playlist to be aviation themed?

Sort of! Just updating my Ipod with lots of new music to listen to for the journey and wondering what everyone's listening to, to get them in the mood for RIAT!

Well those are great tracks... Despite playing your own music via headphones: I do prefer a clean show which means: mute the damn cheese music (on those cheap speakers..)
I want to enjoy the sound of the engine / turbine etc.
Worst of all were the Royal Jordanian Falcons  :wall: The quality of the music they played in front of the FRIAT Enclousure still makes me sick.

If you've not heard it (and even if you have) check out 'Spitfire' by Public Service Broadcasting. Dialogue on it taken from 'The First of the Few':

For the Spotify users among us, I make a playlist for my drive every year.

Mostly "terrible" music as my Mrs would say...

I've also made a list - very, very eclectic and I wouldn't care to inflict it on others!

Instead I'll provide my list I made for our drives at NTM this year

I do. I do enjoy it before and after the show. Some music suits certain displays. The B-105 display last year went really well with 'lust for life'.

Out of interest, is the commentary/music available live in any other way than hearing it over the PA?

EG radio or internet?

Over their own radiostation. But you can't hear it if you are too far from the base. Maybe you can pick it up if the show is live streamed by PlanesTV.

Not all of the commentary ( I don't think ) but once the display starts they tend to stick it on 'Wings FM' on 87.7 FM at the showground.
