With a great line up and a good weather forecast, I choose the Sunday to visit Duxford. No delays getting in, easy drive out and a thoroughly interesting morning before the flying began. As others have mentioned, it turned into a rather frustrating day from a photography point of view, poor light and 06 direction is not a good combination and there were a few cancellations due to the wind. However, 6 Hurricanes flying together is a rare treat and the massed Spitfire display was pretty good as well! A few pictures salvaged from the day.

Very nice Arthur, well done
3, 4 and 7 for me.
Was a decent show, lots of good variation in that selection of photos, thanks for sharing.

Agreed, especially the Seafire.

Thanks very much gentlemen. Dan, I thought you would like the Seafire one - couldn't believe how quickly he got the gear up.

I like frames full of colour and detail primarily.
