Interesting few days at Scone UPDATE

An interesting, for ma anyway set of days at Scone this week. Here's a selection of the photos.

Bioflight arrived for some maintenance in the form of this P68, seen here starting for an engine check... and yes the apron really does slope.

This wee gem came up from Eshott for maintenance, I have a soft spot for the Pup

Visiting RV9 from the Carlisle area, which arrived just as I was getting ready to do some circuit bashing.

I struck it lucky with the other Bioflight aircraft, the Observer was out by the pumps. I have some inside photos to publish later.

Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance was having a PR event in Edinburgh, raising funds for a second charity aircraft, this was the stand-by aircraft returning form a mission. Thanks to friends in high places

The regular aircraft returned soon after, close up and descending onto the pad

Not so close but the cloudscape fits the scene was the Police Scotland Eurocopter taxying in for fuel
