You mean you didn't get the VIP stay til later tickets .

Me either and I ordered my tickets in January but I emailed last night and got a quick reply saying they had "confirmation of a positive verification"

Agreed! Although when I emailed them they said mine would be with me shortly and that was three days ago.

TRy dropping the airshow page on Facebook a message, I'd put the wrong email address down & they sorted it same day, I was order 243 too
