Pirate 02 (100 Sqn Hawk) arrived at Newquay this afternoon. I understand it will be meeting them as a camera ship.

Ah the ultra-grey jets arrive.

In future years we'll tell our grandkids of the exciting days of colourful jets, when Typhoons had pale red-and-blue roundels and flashes...

Are they there yet? :lol:
ADSB-Ex showing the tankers still faffing-around between Portugal & the Azores, but Z401's showing to the South of Ireland.
No comms heard from my location yet.

Edited to add...
Must just be ADSB-Ex throwing a wobbly, because ZZ331 & ZZ335 have just travelled over 1000Km in less than a second! :shock: ( now showing approaching Lands End )

ADSB also showing A400 just North of them similar height. Photos from ramp maybe??

Looks like they've slowed down from 443kts to 235kts so they get the better light for photo's at Marham.
