Radio Controlled Aircraft - A few more added :-)

Post by Airwolfhound »

The North London Model Flying Club uses a field a stones throw from my house and I often hear the aircraft buzzing around. There are some 'Nimbys' in the area, but I for one love seeing these things.

They held an open day over the last weekend so thought I'd have a look to see more closely what was about. I have to admit these things are awesome and go like the dingbats lol :-

Lovely pics, do love me some large scale RC, As you said, nothing in the pockets
I did find that taking pictures of RC planes is a lot harder than full size purely because of the scale speeds they fly at and the size of them, so a massive well done for managing to pull that off that well. Not going to lie these pics are kinda making me want to have a bash at the small scale ones sat behind me... and then crash seconds later knowing myself

Nice.

Can anyone confirm, is the Albatross PP-ZAT modelled on the machine flown by Mr Stallone in The Expendables?
