These are all awesome, but number 3 is the best airliner shot I've seen for a long time!

Wonderful photographs.

Am I right in thinking there is one more scheme to come ?

I've also read this may be the last re-paint for these B74s before they end their illustrious careers ?

Thanks for sharing.

747s retire in 2023 i think so this will be their last repaints. G CIVB flew to Dublin this morning and at the moment will be the final BA100 retro. it will wear the 1974-1984
negus scheme and is due back at home base 21/3/19

Great photos, I love the BEA and BOAC schemes but not the 90's one. I never saw the first two and hated the gray one at the time, so dull. Thankfully these will be around for some time, look how long the 2012 A319 was round.

Superb shots of superb schemes.

I would have liked to have seen the BEA livery on a Dreamliner but I guess they are still to new to need a re-paint but now I see it I think it suits the A319 very well.

Hats off to BA, they get a lot of knocking some of which is deserved but whoever came up with this deserves credit.

personally id like to see the landor on a 787 especially as anyone over 40? years old probably has landor 744 photos already.
it took me a week to get over the fact that GBYGC wears the BOAC VC1O livery but thats another story, must not complain.

my friend TMK BOAC expert has a list of defects but thats yet another story.

finally if anyone wants a debate BA was formed in 1974 not 1919!

And involved 4 airlines merging, would have been better to see Northeast and Cambrian represented, also what about an BEA airtours livery for Gatwick? Also if you insist on saying you are 100 where the livery from then?

Correct! The 100th Anniversary is somewhjat tenuous as today's BA had nothing to do with the BA that formed back then!

Beautiful! Number four looks like the box lid for the original Airfix 747 kit.

They can call it their 300th anniversary for me if they crack retro schemes out like this, with this quality.

These pictures are wonderful, the schemes are wonderful. I just need to go and hunt them all.
