The police helicopter based at Halfpenny Green is Staffs/West Mercia Police - West Midlands' Police chopper is slightly charred at the moment. . .

They were outside last year, just all bunched up behind one of the hangars and impossible to get a decent pic of  . A pity that more isn't made of one of Cosford's biggest draws-the storeage hangars!

Here's my update:

As of 5pm:

Black Cats - flew rehearsal at around 11am

Navy Lynx for static

Merlin for static - sporty arrival!

Blue Eagles - flew rehearsal together and then the Lynx flew again

BAF Sea King - flew rehearsal

A Chinook flew through as well but didn't return

Also a Scout / Wasp came in - I'm a bit frazzled from the sun / wind and can't remember which it was.

Photos to follow if there's anything worth posting!
