Re: Göteborg Aero Show

Not much new additions to the participation list... Besides some civilian stuff and Tummelisa and Fokker D VII from Mikael Carlson. Extra info I found in the Swedish aviation magazine 'Flygrevyn': According to an advertisment for the Göteborg Aero Show, a Hkp4 will be taxiing. So, ok... as it seems,...

Re: Göteborg Aero Show

Draken and Lansen have been deleted from the list now... Let's see... New additions are: Swedish JAS39 Gripen Swedish Tp84 Hercules DC-3s (Sw & No) +other small civil stuff. According to me, the list does show the flying participants as is stated in Swedish. Otherwise a note will be made, like w...

Re: Göteborg Aero Show

Hkp4 may be flying indeed. According to the news section on their website (m in Swedish only), the museum started a new 'helikopterdivision' in January which has as aim to keep the Hkp4 flying as well as a Saab Safir and for the future a Hkp2 and Do27 too. See it seems not unreasonable to assume the...

Few Shots from Stockholm's Winter

A week ago I braved the cold and spend a day at Stockholm-Arlanda trying to catch some planes in winter conditions. I am not fully satisfied but there are a few keepers... I hope it will do. #1 http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8513/8415100692_94ac15186e_b.jpg #2 http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8352/84140...

A day at Warsaw-Chopin, EPWA, last year (Dec 28)

Just in time to end the year off with a bang, I made it to shoot some photos at Warsaw Frederic-Chopin Airport in Poland. There is an excellent spot next to the taxi track providing superb opportunities for photography. It was a new place for me, but I will be back this year!! #1 http://farm9.static...

Sunrise at Stockholm-Bromma!

Gooodmorning!! At least it was last Wednesday, the 7th of November. I forced myself for an early day, as conditions were promising: clear skies and around zero temperatures. The sunrise was in line with the runway at Bromma airport, at 120 degrees from North, and runway 30 was in use. So perfect for...
